The 1-bedroom Baltic Village is located about 10 minutes by car from Herrenhaus Grunholz and provides guests with a sauna for a more relaxing stay.

The Damp villa also gives access to such natural sights as Entdeckerbad Ostsee Resort Damp Water Park, situated a mere 0.8 km away. Schwansener See can be reached around a 25-minute walk from the accommodation.
